Care247solutions are looking for experienced Support Workers and Health Care Assistants to provide person-centred care to clients with learning difficulties within Swindon, Bath, Marlborough, and Malmesbury and the surrounding area. You would be playing a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients.
Your daily tasks as a Support Worker would include:
- Toileting the service user
- Washing and showering
- Changing bedding
- Use of equipment for manual handling
- Repositioning service user
- Feeding
- Daily activities
- Leading a more fulfilled life
- Any other assistance that the service user may require
Requirements to work with us as a Support Worker or a Care Assistant:
- Right to work in the UK
- Good standard of English and good communication
- Care experience
