Salary: Between £26,000 and £32,000 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience
Responsibilities
- Assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People’s Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
- Collaborating with learners, ensuring the highest possible standards.
- Completion of all relevant paperwork associated with the role.
- Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns.
- You will be working across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children’s homes, residential family centres and supported living accommodation.
Requirements
- A recognised Assessor Qualification – TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent.
- Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young people, and families is desirable.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Ability to work as part of a team, or independently.
- Full driving licence with use of own vehicle and the ability to travel to our Services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the Northwest.
