Requirements
- We require experience with at least one programming language such as PHP, Python, C#, Java, Java Script or similar.

Responsibilities
- We manage the technical onboarding and implementation of new partners and merchants.
- We guide customers through API integrations and testing.
- We support customers during implementation, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions.
- We work closely with Development, Product and Commercial teams to deliver successful implementations.
- We configure and validate payment solutions for customer requirements.
- We use tools such as Postman to test APIs and demonstrate integrations.
- We create and maintain technical implementation documentation.
- We monitor implementation progress and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- We identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and the customer experience.
- We support multiple implementation projects simultaneously through to successful go-live.
