JOIN THE TREBLE CONE TEAM FOR WINTER 2026! We are seeking an experienced Lead Snowmaker to join the team at Treble Cone for winter 2026. Our season runs from June to October, so this position is planned for a June start.

In this role, you'll lead the team on shift creating exceptional & safe on-piste conditions through the effective and cost-efficient production and harvesting of snow. This role is responsible for all aspects of snow making including reticulation, pumping, water storage & monitoring, reporting and passive collection.

As Lead Snowmaker you will support the Terrain & Snow Manager in the operation of the snowmaking machinery on the mountain. You will be self-motivated and passionate about the ski industry and snowmaking, be receptive to feedback and able to remain calm under pressure. Thinking on your feet is natural to you, and problem solving is second nature.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience snowmaking
  • Experience operating machinery related to snow making
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance & tools required
  • Intermediate - Advanced Skiing / Snowboarding skills
  • Ability to problem solve & reach solutions quickly
