We are looking for experienced Ski or Snowboard instructors to join our team for Winter 2026! Our Snow Sports School stands among the world's finest, attributed to the exceptional quality of our instructors, an outstanding training and development programme, and a welcoming team atmosphere. It's a destination you'll want to call home and return to season after season.
This position is for skilled and certified ski instructors, with the qualification and experience requirements listed below. Operating across two mountains, our vibrant teaching school attracts instructors from around the globe, all driven by a passion for teaching and a dedication to providing exceptional experiences for our guests. The bulk of our lessons cater to children and beginner adults, and so we are always seeking instructors who love teaching kids of all ages. We are searching for instructors who can effectively manage busy workloads and are open to working additional days. Our team's strength lies in our collective drive for ongoing development and we are always on the search for great humans to add to this superb team.
Work in this role will include base area preparation, rental assistance and/or guest service.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Either NZSIA Level 3 and above, or equivalent and at least 2 full time seasons experience OR;
- NZSIA Level 2 and above, or equivalent and 5 full time seasons experience
