Cardonet is a privately owned IT company, located in London. We provide the highest standard IT support and services to a variety of clients. We're looking for dedicated self-starters to join our team, who want to make a difference and learn from a wealth of knowledge and experience.
As a 1st line IT Support Engineer, you will provide quality technical support to our clients in a timely manner. This requires knowledge of both the software and hardware we support, as well as impeccable communication skills and reliability.
Key responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Promoting healthy relationships with our customers by providing a high standard of service
- Accurate record keeping; tickets, timesheets and work carried out via internal CSM
- Conducting on-site work, as and when required; on-site support, project support/assistance, system deployments
- Responding to personal queues and ticket triage
- Working on projects assigned to you, as and when required
- Carrying out in-house IT support
- Reviewing user and ticket history
- Effectively and proactively escalating issues as and when required
