We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician (Voids) to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in void properties. This role involves ensuring that all electrical systems meet safety standards and are compliant with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Domestic electrical works in void housing.
- Conduct electrical inspections in void properties to assess condition and compliance.
- Board changes, smoke detector installation.
- Periodic testing and inspection.
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults.
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Comply with health & safety responsibilities.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Multi-skilled electrician.
- Excellent working knowledge of electrical standards and regulations.
- Self-motivated with good organisational skills.
- 18th Edition.
- Committed to providing quality workmanship.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Full driving license.
