Who We Are

We are currently looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Crawley.

Please note this is an office-based role, on a 6-month FTC.

Overall Purpose Of The Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth delivery of services to enhance operational, SHE, and commercial performance of our branches. The team also provides help desk services to internal and external stakeholders.

The Business Support Team manages shared services across Cardo, including fleet services, hire, plant, procurement, purchase orders, and van stock management. Responsibilities include managing queries, producing reports, processing invoices efficiently, and conducting audits to ensure value for money and adherence to processes.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

Procurement Administration

  • Control of procurement/purchasing matters for Cardo South, including van stock, skips, PPE, ad hoc materials, liaising with branches, creating purchase orders, and maintaining records.

Finance

  • Amendment of purchase orders as instructed by finance; managing your purchase card transactions with proper logging and VAT invoices.

  • Procurement or customer service background (desirable)
