We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and support our people operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment legislation. As a key member of the management team, the HR Manager will help foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement initiatives, and ensure that HR practices align with business objectives. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
