We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our team in Cornwall.
Role Overview: This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and clean up of work areas, ensuring a safe and organised environment.
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods or materials as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
You will need:
