Cardo Group is a social housing property maintenance company. Our multi-company group specializes in maintenance, compliance, and retrofit services with a growing national footprint. With ambitious plans for further national expansion, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the industry. We are currently looking for a Plumber to join our team in Kingston.

Main duties involve:

1. To carry out maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard, providing a professional plumbing service, including guttering, and completing all tasks to an acceptable standard.
2. Delivering KPIs whilst adhering to HSEQ requirements.
3. Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within residents\’ properties utilizing 1st & 2nd fix and maintenance.
4. Assisting schedulers and other trades with technical knowledge when required.
5. Assisting line managers / supervisors with the day-to-day running of jobs.
6. Taking responsibility for one\’s own actions and workload.
7. Producing and delivering the required operational paperwork (e.g., Job Sheets, Time-sheets, etc.).
8. Producing and evaluating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
9. Adhering to Client Health and Safety Standards and Procedures.
10. Implementing and controlling safe work practices on site, including ensuring the correct PPE is provided and used.

Skills and experience:

1. Qualified Plumber.
2. Experience of working in social housing would be advantageous.
