We specialise in responsive repairs & voids, planned maintenance, energy-efficiency upgrades, compliance works, and major improvement programmes. Our approach combines quality workmanship, strong resident communication, and efficient project delivery to achieve the best outcomes for customers and communities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
- Analyse financial performance, variances, and cost drivers to provide meaningful commentary.
- Produce financial dashboards, KPI reports, and trend analyses for management.
- Support statutory reporting processes in collaboration with the finance team.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Develop financial models to support scenario planning and business decisions.
- Monitor budget adherence and identify areas for cost control or optimization.
- Assess and monitor cost structures, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Support cost allocation processes and ensure accuracy in cost reporting.
- Conduct margin, product, and profitability analyses as required.
- Collaborate closely with operational departments to provide financial insights.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
- Support business cases, project evaluations, and investment appraisals.
Key Skills & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) preferred or in progress.
- Proven experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

- Salary up to £45,000 DOE
