We are currently looking for a Multi Plumber to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works in tenants' homes and void properties within a social housing environment. Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, within deadlines, and in line with health and safety regulations, delivering excellent customer service throughout.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing maintenance, including:
- Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing leaks and blockages.
- Replacing taps, ball valves, pipework, traps, cisterns, and radiators.
- Installing or repairing sinks, baths, showers, toilets, and water heaters.
- Fixing leaks and blockages
- Replacing taps, ball valves, cisterns, and radiators
- Repairing or installing hot and cold water systems
- Bathroom and kitchen plumbing works
Skills/Experience:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrable experience in domestic plumbing work
- Understanding of health and safety in occupied homes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
