Role Overview: The Cardo Group are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator based in the Keith, Moray area. The role will be working with Heat Care Oil & Gas Ltd (A Cardo Group company). The Office Administrator role provides essential support to the business by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves general office support, data management, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Telephone and email communication with clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Responding to enquiries
