- Senior fleet leadership experience across a large, geographically dispersed car and van fleet
- A strong track record of building or improving fleet strategy, governance and operating models
- Strong knowledge of fleet compliance, driver risk and the use of telematics or performance data to improve behaviour
- Commercial confidence, including budget oversight, supplier management and whole-life cost control
- The ability to influence senior leaders and build effective relationships with operational teams
- A strategic but practical leadership style, with the ability to turn plans into measurable improvements
- Experience of supporting business growth, acquisitions or the integration of different fleet arrangements
- Experience in construction, housing maintenance, infrastructure, utilities or another operationally intensive environment would be advantageous
We Will Provide:
- Excellent development and progression opportunities
- Competitive Salary
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
- Range of Salary Sacrifice Schemes [holiday purchase, EV schemes, AVC Pension contributions]
