JOB OVERVIEW:
We are pleased to announce an opportunity to bring on board a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at Cardo. This is a key support role, working closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will play an important part in delivering quality service to our clients and tenants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Logging jobs into our internal system, Service Connect
- Scheduling and communicating appointments with tenants
- Using client portals for updates and communication
- Liaising with clients, operatives, and subcontractors
- Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Sending regular reports to clients
- Raising purchase orders as required
- Supporting the Contracts Manager with general administrative tasks
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks throughout the day
- Confident working with internal systems and client portals
