- Support the business in meeting client requirements for systems, processes, and data reporting.
- Proven experience in a business analyst role, ideally within a project or systems-focused environment.
- Strong data analysis and process improvement skills.
- Experience in auditing IT processes and implementing system changes.
- Experience supporting system development and process improvement initiatives.
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, ISO standards, and project delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Able to interpret complex data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
