Established in 2017, we specialise in high-stakes Construction, Business and Financial disputes.
We are a paperless, carbon-conscious office, driven by innovation and technology.
We are currently seeking an Associate Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join one of Cardium’s highly active litigation teams.
You will work as part of an experienced team on complex High Court disputes, with the opportunity to develop your litigation experience and take on increasing responsibility as your career progresses.
As a candidate, you should have
- Experience or a strong interest in professional negligence and commercial litigation.
- An understanding of the litigation process and an interest in developing experience in High Court disputes.
- Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Skills including Microsoft products and familiarity with legal research and practice management systems.
- Familiarity with Practical Law, Westlaw or similar and an understanding of the White Book.
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
