As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) to join our expanding team in Rock Hill or Lancaster.
Position Highlights
- Clinic-Based Role: Provide general cardiovascular care at our Rock Hill or Lancaster clinic
- Monday–Friday
- W2 Employed Position: Full-time with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications
