Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about medical technologies and looking to start their career in sales. As a Graduate Sales Representative, you will be trained across our full medical portfolio, gaining exposure to a variety of specialities including cardiology, cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, and haematology. You will work closely with a supportive team, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting them with our advanced product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid understanding of our diverse portfolio across cardiology, cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, and haematology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
• Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to healthcare providers.
• Support the sales process by attending meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and technical support.
• Track and report on your sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related field (or with equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in medical technology and healthcare.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and develop within a sales career.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel within the SouthEast region, including frequent visits to London.
