About the role: We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced receptionist. You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer calls, and support various administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication within the school and with our community. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible who is confident, customer-focused, organised, and hardworking. While experience in a school environment may be advantageous, it is by no means essential.

Candidates should:

  • Have a pleasant, patient demeanor as the first communication point with parents, contractors & visitors.
  • Be educated to GCSE standard or NVQ or equivalent qualification, or have suitable experience in a similar role.
  • Recognise the place of confidentiality in the office environment.
  • Work at speed, accurately, under pressure and act under their own initiative.
  • Commit to upholding the ethos and values of the school.

This post is full time (37hpw), term-time plus inset 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am to 3.30pm.
