Job Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will complete and follow up on the daily quotes submitted by existing & prospective customers, maintaining relationships with customers & suppliers alike. Update internal systems and reports to management on a weekly basis to include margins, profits etc in keeping with the targets set.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for offering quotes to current & prospective customers
- Meet targets set for cold calling on a weekly basis
- Gain new leads & convert into customers
- Meet targets set for new customers to be brought onboard whilst maintaining margins set & agreed by Sales Director
- Monitor & review all suppliers used for quoting to ensure the customers needs are always met
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our sales system (SalesForce)
- Regular meetings with customers via zoom/in person to build on the relationships
- Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
- Positive mental attitude
- Ability to solve problems unassisted
