Job Purpose
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and performance of the operations team, ensuring exceptional customer service to support both retention and growth. The crucial link between Sales & Operations, the role is key in maximising profits whilst managing key supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver branch revenue and gross profit targets
- Support the development and execution of branch growth strategy
- Increase profitability across all service modes
- Review pricing, margins, and customer profitability
- Oversee daily branch operations
- Ensure service delivery meets customer expectations and KPIs
