Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & monitor supply chain operations for all modes of transport
  • Liaise directly with both customers and suppliers to ensure smooth process of all work carried out
  • Plan & track shipments according to the customers requirements
  • Tracking & reporting any delays in transit inbound/outbound
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
  • Tracking & updating transit reports within given time frame
  • Billing and closing out files for month end
  • Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
  • Positive mental attitude
  • Good communications skills
  • Confidence to try & solve problems with minimal assistance
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Work to given timeframes/deadlines
