We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused candidate to support the growth of the Customer Experience Team.
Purpose of the Role: To deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth through proactive account management, onboarding, and inside sales activities. This role bridges operational excellence with commercial development, ensuring clients receive best-in-class support across air, ocean, and road freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition in line with the current processes.
- Maintain regular contact with customers through calls, emails, and review meetings to strengthen relationships and identify service improvements.
- Resolve queries promptly and escalate issues where necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Interact with department managers and the Sales team to provide support with new and existing clients.
- Monitor client activity – Drop off’s – to identify potential loss of sales and to act accordingly.
- Assist with the delivery of the client QBR’s.
- Regular client visits.
- Expectation to generate and develop sales leads (no targets in place for this).
- Respond to inbound enquiries for all freight services.
- Assist with the submission of monthly rates to clients, both existing and new.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into bookings.
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and operation teams to increase revenue and margins.
