Job purpose:
Support the finance team with daily tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting within the Cardinal Partnership
· Processing of Overhead Invoices for all subsidiaries within the Cardinal Partnership
· Managing and maintaining of the Overhead Inbox
· Multicurrency Bank Account postings for numerous subsidiaries within the Cardinal Partnership
· Multicurrency Bank Account Reconciliations
· Processing of company credit card expenses and out of pocket expenses
· Supporting the finance team with any additional ad hoc tasks
· Demonstrate & generate enthusiasm
· Develop trust and respect from colleagues across the organisation
· Identify problems early & respond in a timely fashion
· Work with the team to find solutions
· Demonstrate personal drive
· Communicate effectively (active listening, questioning, expressing self clearly and concisely)
· Positive and pro-active approach to work
· Contribute pro-actively and professionally to formal & informal discussions with colleagues
