Looking for flexible, seasonal work where you can make a real impact? We\’re recruiting reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support learners during the critical exam periods of November, May, and June. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, dedicated team helping to ensure exams are conducted calmly, fairly, and professionally.
Hours & Commitment
There are opportunities to be working full and half days during exam periods. Each day begins with preparation from 8:00am, with exams starting at 9:10am. The length of the day will depend on the exam schedule, and exact hours will be confirmed with successful candidates.
About the Role
- As part of the team, you\’ll play a key role in the smooth running of each exam day, including:
- Preparing exam rooms and materials
- Ensuring candidates are in the right place at the right time
- Communicating start and finish times clearly
- Distributing and collecting exam papers and resources
- Preventing malpractice and maintaining exam conditions
- Supporting a calm and focused environment for learners
