Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for all matters relating to the satisfactory operation and development of all finance and administrative services within the school, supporting the Senior Finance Officer and Business Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a school and/or knowledge of Arbor
  • Strong ICT skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on their own initiative
  • High standards of organisation and time management skills
  • Wide experience of finance/administrative/data duties in a school setting
  • An ability to be creative, innovative and willingness to contribute ideas with a positive attitude towards addressing the needs of the school
  • The ability to work efficiently, problem solve, multi-task, prioritise and stay calm under pressure in an environment of changing workload demands and new school challenges
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Welsh
