University residences provide accommodation for approximately 5,500 students across the university. We are committed to providing a professional, customer‑focused service to a wide range of people. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and reliable individual, responsible for delivering an efficient and effective maintenance service on a student residences site.
Full time, 35 hours per week (typically Monday‑Friday, 7 hours per day). Shifts are worked between 8:00am and 6:00pm on a rota basis. Location: Campus.
Starting salary: £24,727 per annum with one increment point up to £24,928 per annum.
