Overview

Cardiff University is transforming its AD (Active Directory) and HR systems to support its journey and to operate more efficiently, collaboratively, and ambitiously. Our AD system is used by around 25,000 users per year, including applicants, senior managers, line managers, staff, and pensioners. The HR Information System (HRIS) and Data projects bring together three workstreams to ensure the HR systems support the University’s transformation. The final project focuses on implementing new recruitment tools that consolidate recruitment with HR data, eliminating data entry duplication and enabling anonymous shortlisting to support the Strategic Equality Plan.

The recruitment project has begun, and we are seeking staff who want to contribute to shaping the recruitment solution in preparation for our change.
