This is an in-person role at the School of Medicine’s activities during Cardiff University’s Open Day on Saturday 18 th October 2025. It is applicable only to students within the School of Medicine who are currently in years 1-5 of the medical degree and those intercalating as questions will be from prospective medical students on what life is like as a Cardiff medical student, the curriculum, admissions and clinical skills. Different roles will finish at different times – either 3pm, 4pm, 4.30pm or 6pm (if needed). Lunch break will be unpaid for half an hour.

On your application please state:

  • whether or not you can work until 6pm
  • what year you are in or if you are intercalating
  • whether or not you are a MedSoc member
  • any Societies that you belong to or other attributes you have that might make your application stand out – e.g. languages, club membership, achievements.
