We are looking for Enrolment Support Staff for queue management at our enrolment event in September/October.

The main responsibilities are:

  1. Meeting and greeting students.
  2. Checking their tickets.
  3. Directing them through the building/rooms to collect their ID cards.

Person Specification

We\’re ideally looking for a continuing undergraduate or postgraduate student with some experience of Cardiff University life.
You must be friendly, outgoing, and keen to engage with students.

Role Details

The role is 37.5 hours per week from 17th September to 1st October, after which hours will reduce to an \’as needed\’ basis until 10/10/2025. The work will run Monday to Friday each week.
