Cardiff Rugby is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the club’s overall strategic, operational and commercial performance at Cardiff Arms Park.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee budgeting and long-term planning, and act as the public face of the club.

You will work closely with the Board and WRU, aligning sporting ambition with organisational capability while delivering a high-performance culture and stakeholder engagement across domestic and international rugby.
