Overview:
We are recruiting an experienced Regional Driver Development Coach to support driver safety, compliance and performance across multiple UK depots. This is a hands-on, site-based role working directly with HGV drivers and operational teams, delivering training, inductions and post-incident support across a diverse fleet.
Key Duties:
- Deliver driver inductions, refresher and mode training
- Support recruitment with driver assessments
- Reassess and retrain drivers following incidents
- Maintain training and competence records (Express Class)
- Review driving performance data and support behavioural improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years HGV driving experience
- Class 1 (C+E) licence, DCPC & Digital Tacho
- ADR (tanker experience preferred)
- Experience in driver training, coaching or transport operations
- Strong knowledge of driver legislation and H&S
