Panel Technician / Panel Beater Leicester Location: Leicester Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £34,320 basic Bonus / OTE: Up to £40,000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday No weekends Career Development: Clear progression opportunities Team Culture: Supportive and inclusive About the Role We are seeking a skilled and efficient Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join our expanding Accident Repair Centre in Leicester.

You will be responsible for preparing and finishing vehicles to high industry standards, working with steel, aluminium, and plastic panels, and ensuring all repairs meet quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities Stripping and fitting vehicle panels Pulling dents using pin pullers, slide hammers, miracle pullers, jigs, and panel beating tools Performing minor and major filler work, including jig work and blocking Using bodyshop tools such as DA sanders, hand tools, primer guns, and spray guns Completing documentation, including electronic QC sheets and photographic records What We Are Looking For Recognised apprenticeship or technical qualification (NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, IMI, ATA) preferred, but strong on-the-job experience will be considered Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and attention to detail Basic IT skills to complete electronic documentation Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points Why Join Us?
