Pay: Up to Β£17.90 per hour (DOE)

Hours: 40 hours per week (4 day week)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Thursday | Between 06:00 - 16:30

We are recruiting a Process Quality Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Worksop. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in welding, fabrication, and quality inspection who takes pride in ensuring products are built to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from goods-in to final inspection
  • Carry out in-process quality audits and ensure build standards are met
  • Inspect welded, fabricated, and assembled components
  • Support final vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation
  • Record, analyse, and report quality data to support continuous improvement
  • Work closely with production teams to improve processes, consistency, and efficiency
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication inspection (essential)
  • Experience with goods-inwards checks, in-process inspection, and final inspection
  • Methodical approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with production teams
  • IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work occasional overtime when required
