We are recruiting a Process Quality Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing operation in Worksop. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in welding, fabrication, and quality inspection who takes pride in ensuring products are built to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect product quality throughout the manufacturing process, from goods-in to final inspection
- Carry out in-process quality audits and ensure build standards are met
- Inspect welded, fabricated, and assembled components
- Support final vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation
- Record, analyse, and report quality data to support continuous improvement
- Work closely with production teams to improve processes, consistency, and efficiency
- Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication inspection (essential)
- Experience with goods-inwards checks, in-process inspection, and final inspection
- Methodical approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator, able to work effectively with production teams
- IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime when required
- Competitive hourly rate up to Β£17.90 per hour (DOE)
