Byddwch yn gweithio gyda chydweithwyr academaidd a gwasanaethau proffesiynol ar bob lefel ac mewn llawer o achosion gyda sefydliadau allanol i gynyddu graddfa ac ystod llwyddiannau grant ymchwil ac arloesi allanol Met Caerdydd. Byddwch yn cefnogi drwy weithio gyda Rheolwr y Rhaglen Trosglwyddo Gwybodaeth i ddatblygu a darparu cynnydd mewn cynhyrchu incwm ymchwil ac arloesi, gan ddarparu cyngor a chymorth i staff academaidd a phartneriaid allanol wrth ddatblygu a chyflwyno ceisiadau am gyllid llwyddiannus.
Ymgysylltu â rhwydweithio wyneb yn wyneb fel agwedd allweddol ar y rôl, gan gynrychioli'r Brifysgol mewn cyfarfodydd allanol, cynadleddau, a digwyddiadau sector i gychwyn a meithrin perthnasoedd strategol gyda chydweithredwyr a rhanddeiliaid. Cydlynu a rheoli'r gwaith o ddatblygu a chyflwyno ceisiadau ymchwil ac arloesi o ansawdd uchel. Darparu cyngor a chymorth cadarn i staff academaidd ar baratoi ac ysgrifennu cynigion ariannu.

- Gwybodaeth am ddulliau ymgysylltu academaidd effeithiol a sgiliau trefnu, rheoli amser a gweinyddol profedig.
- Profiad ymchwil a datblygu sylweddol o weithio o fewn amgylchedd academaidd, ariannwr neu fusnes, gan gynnwys tystiolaeth amlwg o ysgrifennu ceisiadau llwyddiannus fel rhan o rolau blaenorol.
- Sgiliau cyflwyno a siarad cyhoeddus ardderchog gan gynnwys cyfarfodydd wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, cyflwyno gweithdai a chyflwyniadau.
- Enghreifftiau o adeiladu perthynas ac o sgiliau rheoli rhanddeiliaid.
- Y gallu i gychwyn, datblygu a chynnal partneriaethau cynhyrchiol.
