Mae DARPL yn cael ei ariannu gan Lywodraeth Cymru a'i hwyluso gan Brég Metropolitan Caerdydd. Rydym yn gymuned ymarfer sy’n cydweithio ag ysgolion, prifysgolion, awdurdodau lleol a phartneriaid cenedlaethol. Rydym yn chwilio am Swyddog Cyfathrebu ac Ymgysylltu i ddatblygu a gweithredu ystod o gyfathrebiadau a digwyddiadau o ansawdd uchel ar gyfer DARPL, gan gwmpasu ei ystod eang o weithgareddau Dysgu Proffesiynol, ymchwil ac ymgysylltu, gan fod yn bwynt cyswllt allweddol i randdeiliaid y rhwydwaith. Bydd deiliad y swydd yn rheoli brand DARPL ac ystod o offer a sianeli cyfathrebu i gyrraedd cynulleidfaoedd ar draws y byd academaidd, cyrff Addysg, diwydiant, elusennau, yn ogystal â phob lefel o Lywodraeth.
Bydd deiliad y swydd hefyd yn cefnogi DARPL a'i aelodau i ddatblygu a gweithredu strategaethau ymgysylltu cymunedol a chynnwys y cyhoedd ar gyfer gweithgareddau ymchwil. Byddwch Chi’n Arwain y Ffordd Drwy Dylunio, cynhyrchu a chyflwyno cynnwys cyfathrebu mewnol ac allanol o ansawdd uchel sy’n cwmpasu gweithgareddau ymchwil ac ymgysylltu DARPL. Cynhyrchu cynnwys diddorol o ansawdd uchel mewn amrywiaeth o fformatau, yn dibynnu ar y pwrpas a'r gynulleidfa darged: astudiaethau achos, straeon newyddion, blogiau, cylchlythyrau, postiadau ar gyfer sianeli cyfryngau cymdeithasol, amlgyfrwng a mwy.
Gweithredu fel pwynt cyswllt allweddol i aelodau a phartneriaid y rhwydwaith, wrth adeiladu a chynnal rhwydweithiau da gydag ystod eang o randdeiliaid. Cefnogi DARPL a'i aelodau i ddatblygu a gweithredu ei chynnwys y cyhoedd mewn gweithgareddau ymchwil. Rheoli llwyfannau cyfryngau cymdeithasol a gwefan DARPL drwy gefnogi diweddariadau gwefan, uwchlwytho cynnwys, a gweithgareddau cyfathrebu o ddydd i ddydd.
