We are seeking a Programmes Administrator to join our Programme Support team. This role is central to delivering high-quality administrative support to staff, students, professional services, and external stakeholders. As a Programmes Administrator you will contribute to the success of the Cardiff Partnership, which collaborates with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, practice-focused teacher education for both primary and secondary students. You will also support a range of learning and teaching activities across two academic schools and campuses, helping to deliver an excellent student experience and strengthen professional partnerships at local, national, and global levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting student administration processes that enable a smooth and effective student journey
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact
  • Managing shared inboxes and calendars, and maintaining accurate records of communications
  • Organising and servicing meetings, including preparing agendas, circulating papers, taking minutes, and monitoring actions
  • Maintaining administrative systems and ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications

You will have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment. You will bring experience of providing high-quality administrative support, and be confident using a range of systems, including bespoke platforms, to support students, mentors, and partner organisations. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be experienced in supporting meetings, including monitoring actions and contributing to reporting. As part of a busy team, you will be able to work collaboratively while also using your own initiative to deliver tasks efficiently and effectively.
