Byddwch yn cynnig arweiniad a sicrwydd i fyfyrwyr, gan feithrin ymdeimlad o berthyn a chymuned a darparu cefnogaeth un i un lle bo angen. Byddwch hefyd yn cymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau sy'n canolbwyntio ar fyfyrwyr drwy gydol y flwyddyn academaidd lle bo angen.

Fel Llysgennad Myfyrwyr Rhyngwladol, byddwch yn dod â dealltwriaeth gref o'r heriau sy'n wynebu myfyrwyr rhyngwladol, ynghyd â gwybodaeth am ddiwylliannau a chrefyddau gwahanol. Byddwch yn hyderus wrth hyrwyddo Prifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd a'r ddinas ehangach, gan gynnwys cysylltiadau trafnidiaeth, gwasanaethau, a phrosesau prifysgolion y DU. Mae sgiliau cyfathrebu, rhyngbersonol, a threfnu rhagorol yn hanfodol, yn ogystal â'r gallu i gefnogi a chymell pobl o gefndiroedd amrywiol mewn ffordd gyfeillgar, gynhwysol, a phroffesiynol.
