Prif ddyletswyddau a chyfrifoldebau:
- Bydd deiliad y swydd yn darparu arweinyddiaeth strategol ar ddylunio a chyflwyno agweddau clinigol rhaglen BSc (Anrh) Therapi Iaith a Lleferydd ym Mhrifysgol Metropolitan Caerdydd.
- Bydd yn cydlynu addysg glinigol a lleoliadau ar draws y rhaglen ac yn hwyluso partneriaethau cydweithredol â byrddau iechyd, awdurdodau lleol a sefydliadau eraill er mwyn sicrhau darpariaeth ddigonol o gyfleoedd dysgu seiliedig ar ymarfer Therapi Iaith a Lleferydd, yn unol â chanllawiau HCPC a RCSLT.
- Bydd yn datrys problemau sy'n codi, gan weithio'n gydweithredol ac yn sensitif gydag ATL Healthcare, Cyfarwyddwr y Rhaglen (BSc (Anrh) Therapi Iaith a Lleferydd), rheolwyr SLT a Chydlynwyr Lleoliadau o fewn y GIG.
- Bydd deiliad y swydd hefyd yn gyfrifol am sicrhau bod cyfleusterau clinigol Therapi Iaith a Lleferydd yn rhedeg yn esmwyth o ddydd i ddydd, ar y cyd â staff perthnasol, yn ogystal â darparu asesiadau risg cynhwysfawr i ddiogelu iechyd a diogelwch myfyrwyr, staff a chleifion.
- Yn frwdfrydig am addysgeg sy’n canolbwyntio ar fyfyrwyr, byddwch yn cyfrannu at y gwaith o gyflwyno addysg, gan gynnwys rheoli rhaglenni yn ôl yr angen, ar draws y casgliad o raglenni israddedig ac ôl-raddedig.
