What you’ll do – key duties
- Be an active and flexible member of the recruitment/events/widening access teams independently or along with other students and members of staff.
- Take groups of prospective students and their parents on tours around either campus, showing and providing information about the buildings, ICT/learning facilities, Students Union and Sports facilities.
- Assist at events such as Open Days, School Visit Days, interactive workshops, welcome week, Reaching Wider Programmes, and Summer School.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the university and the services/facilities available to students.
- Attend staff development/training as required appropriate to the event.
- Represent Cardiff Metropolitan University at Higher Education fairs around the UK.
