We are looking for a Sport Sales & Marketing Officer to support growth by turning ideas into income‑generating activity within the Business Development team. The role focuses on attracting new customers, retaining existing audiences, and showcasing our facilities and programmes to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new opportunities to attract and engage customers.
  • Deliver against sales targets, using performance data to shape decision making.
  • Create and deliver targeted sales campaigns that maximise return on investment and generate sustainable income.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, schools, community groups and partners to shape campaigns and develop new offers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A proactive, commercially‑minded approach and experience in sales.
  • Ability to spot opportunities, build relationships and turn ideas into results.
  • Comfortable planning and delivering targeted campaigns, using insight to review performance and drive improvement.
  • An understanding of the sales and customer retention process.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build effective relationships and new connections.
  • Knowledge and experience of digital communications and website development.
