Cardiff Met is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Business Partner to work across the University, embedding inclusive practices and guiding the delivery of strategic initiatives.

You will provide expert EDI advice to colleagues, helping ensure equality, diversity and inclusion stay central to decision making.

You will bring experience in project delivery, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and networks.
