The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
In this role, you will play a key part in developing and promoting a culture of excellence. You’ll identify and deliver business benefits by understanding processes and procedures, reviewing user perspectives, evaluating options and recommending solutions.
You will also:
- Investigate, gather and document business needs;
- Analyse business processes and information requirements and assess their efficiency and effectiveness;
- Ensure that user requirements from business stakeholders are defined and documented;
- Collaborate with key users across the University to identify potential business improvements including opportunities for information system solutions;
- Define and document all areas of the project, supporting and coordinating each phase;
- Manage stakeholder engagement, including effective communications, chairing of groups, facilitating workshops, management of expectations and appropriate engagement in business change.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong knowledge of business analysis theory and practice is important in this role, particularly around requirements definition and benefits identification.
- You’ll demonstrate experience in delivering complex, cross-organisational change projects that have positively contributed to programme outcomes.
- With highly developed communication skills, you will be comfortable building relationships with a wide range of people, presenting complex information tailored to your audience.
- The ability to organise and manage a busy workload to meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative, planning your own work and that of others.
- Experience of building productive internal and external relationships and networks.
- Experience of user requirements gathering, business process evaluation and modelling and options appraisal techniques.
