The Role
We’re on the lookout for efficient, enthusiastic Conference & Banqueting Associates to join our events team. This is a hands-on, physically active role where no two days are the same. You’ll be setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food and drinks, working the bar, and most importantly - helping deliver a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and take down event spaces including furniture, equipment, and service areas
- Serve food and beverages during sit-down meals, buffets, and networking receptions
- Assist with bar service and the flow of guests throughout the event
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times
- Follow clear instructions from event leads and supervisors to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation
