Come join us and be part of a newly established team who focus on early help and prevention. The Support 4 Families Team are essential in helping families get the right help at the right time. That’s why we are developing our early intervention and prevention services to make sure families can access a range of services and tiered support to prevent the need for statutory social work intervention.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape practice and performance in the team, you will support the Team Manager and the team in delivering the Signs of Safety approach and a high quality service.
