This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of key operational, curriculum, and staffing functions to ensure high-quality provision and positive outcomes for all learners. The post holder will oversee progression, assessment, accreditation pathways, and the development and staffing of the 14–19 curriculum, ensuring robust use of progress data to inform practice.
