The post is temporary for 3 months and then following an interview process we are looking to recruit this post on a permanent basis

The role consists of answering and dealing with phone calls from the public, service users and other agencies. Duties also involve, supporting the PPN process, updating databases (Carefirst), emailing, placing orders for goods/services via SAP, taking minutes and other general office duties. Cover may also be required in other teams such as MHSOP, based in Llandough Hospital and also for the Management Team in County Hall. The role is based on site only (no hybrid working) and the hours of work: 8.30am – 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8.30am – 4.30pm Fri.
