Cardiff Council aims to provide a high quality, accessible service. There is currently a vacancy for a Visiting Officer within the Housing and Communities Landlord Services.

About the job

The successful applicant will work within a busy team of visiting officers and will involve visiting Cardiff Council tenants in their homes.

Your work will include assessing requests for community transfers (also known as exchanges), investigating potential successions and other changes of contract.

You will work proactively to carry out investigations and make recommendations. This will include carrying out property inspections. The role will also include providing advice and guidance to tenants and signing them up to new contracts.
